since the slimming programme and the strict diet, i have lost 6kg overall in 4 weeks which is such a disappointment. i was hopping i would lose like maybe 10 or more since i either only eat once a day or not a meal in a single day. yet, to my despair, i have yet to achieve what i call a success in dieting.

i am feeling frustrated and angry. i dun wanna go back to indonesia looking still the same old me but something like.. lighter? well, the doctor say this is due to the fact that i have now gained the ideal weight so the body has slowed down the losing weight determination. which is bad!

to make things worse, kw made me so angry today eventhough he is so far away. imagine that. life sux.. most probably cos TOMORROW'S GHOST FESTIVAL!

since back for sem break, my parents have spent nearly rm 4k on me.. neeta's herbal hair care expert (rm 1800), Diamond Contour Biomesosculpture - Firm Body Sculpting in skin specialist (rm 1500) and my cosmetics (rm 1600)..

well the second one is actually my weight lost management programme where they kill off my fat cells.. like liposuction but this is external.. liposculpting.. hopefully it works on me la.. but from the internet the work is amazing..

now im taking duramine and mediaxil to control my weight.. cos since i went back to indonesia 6 months ago, i put on 8 kg! imagine that.. heartbreaking i know..

but nvm! confident i will lose it even more by the time i go back to indonesia.. pray hard!! keke..

these few days din update cos my fren from indonesia came along.. her name's alona.. well she stayed in my hse for like 3 days then now she's gone to genting and then to ipoh.. afer ipoh then penang then a flight from penang to singapore to meet her relatives then take a train to paloh, johore to meet kw then after that i will take a bus trip down to paloh to meet her with tan, tenny (maybe) and all.. stay there for a day or two then travel to melaka to look see then finally bck to kl..

anyway, after sneding off to kl central today, my mom, amy (mom's cousin) and i went out to do some customers hunts.. finally we went to do some installation stuff.. oh yea, forgot to relate, my mom is now into cctv and all.. they r suppling cctv, alarm system and bla bla bla.. quite good.. all stocks r sony n sharp from taiwan.. if u wanna know more, go google.com type in flyled cctv malaysia or u could just go to http://flykl.blogspot.com..

Woke up around 2pm with flu.. bad one.. then after that fever.. i was feeling so weak..
preparing for something big today.. so had to gather energy, ate bread around 3pm then vomited in the toilet while taking my bath.. stomach weak.. then around this time onli took my dinner.. which is 2 slice of bread with tuna and 1 bottle of coke zero.. i know i know.. wrong move.. so now having gastric pain..
what a day..
now very depress.. feel like going home now..miss my family.. my sisters...
i applied for clinical attachment in hospital besar putra jaya.. for 2-3 weeks.. hope it will work out fine.. wanna learn more b4 i enter my clinical yrs..

Pampering Myself After Exam..It Feels so Good..

yup.. i've been having depression after the uni admin changed the dates of exams and brought forwarded all the exams and left me with an extra 2 weeks hols in Indonesia..well.. it sounded like good news and it is but the main problem is that me and my house mates have booked the ticket back to msia way earlier.. well if it was cheap to change my flight ticket, i would have done it but the problem is.. it isnt so im stuck here.. so to fight back depression is to SPEND MONEY.. and not just spend but SPEND ALOT OF MONEY..so what i did is.. right after my last finals, i went to the nearest shoppin mall and got myself a new pair of reebok sport shoes and after that, that night itself, i went and sis my nails for rm 40.. around there... then the following day which is today, i went and did my aromatherapy foot spa.. pedicure and all for rm 50 plus.. yes.. it feels sooooo.. no.. wrong saying.... sssuuuppppeeerrrr..... NICE..

well.. wearing contact lenses do come in unhandy way.. well.. first the contact lenses cut into my iris and caused inflammation.. knowing that me in glasses look sucky, i insisted on wearing contact lenses to classes so at the end of the day, pus styarted to form on my iris and i could hardly open my eyes.. my right eye in specific..when light shines on eyes i could onli feel pain. that reason is due to the inability to contract towards light.. myosis.. well.. science..or u may call it knowledge. so in the end, due to my sturbornnes.. i ended up wearing specs for a month.. ah ha! and guess what, khar weoi was so fed up in telling me not to wear contact lenses and arguing senses in me , he resolve in sleeping ... haha. what a joke

we stayed in this atap wooden hse.. ok.. it wasnt tat great but ok la.. then we ate meat.. ok.. that was strange u would say but then d temple monks in batu follows thai.. rber.. there r 2 types of buddhism.. mahayana and the thai type.. north and south.. so tey follow the thai tradision.. which means eating meat..

we played games and all. it was so funny.. cos the juniors r so crazy.. especially victor bay (the one in singlet)! he just cant stop embarrassing himself la...

time passso fast... we went on sat and came back on sun dead tired..all slept like a pig afterward.. haha..

this is the simplest, easiest and funniest bday bash i've eva organized.. we had flour poured all over each other, cakes smashed in faces, water balloon thrown on him, eggs thrown everywhr and the weirdest truth and dare eva played plus simple dishes to fill our stomach up.. and imagine this.. it all lasted like for 3hours onli... kw's 20th bday bash was better this yr compared to last yr's.

well, basically I (his reli exhausted gf) had to plan it carefully, i had to run to ppl to ask for help in planning it, how to surprise him, what to cook (i did the cooking), how to bash him up, what games to play..well, at first everything screwed up cos classes ended at 4pm (it was a monday), then he found out cos i went to giant without him somo (usually he is alwiz with me so it'll be weird why i went alone), the worst is he saw me and jesspreet on the way to my place.. haha...

but when the party started, it became better.. well i ended up being bashed up as well cos on my bday, they din do anything for me cos of the hols and penmas... so they planned secretly as well to screw me up with floour, water and eggs.. yea.. great guys.. haha... (sob sob)..

i regretted selling off my psp to my own bf..now he puts it as first b4 me.. sometimes when i tell him to put it away when im around.. he'll get angry and slam the door, making me wondering if it was my fault for getting irritated with his rude and ignorant behavior towards me or zit his fault for being hardcore on psp..

i wish someone would tell me what to do.. he makes me so angry i feel like walking out.. walking out of this hse, this rship.. i know it is too much for just a psp but u have to ustand, if he can make psp more worthwhile than me then what bout other things in life later on.. will he do the same?

i was at community service on the 9th of august-11th of august, that was the reason why i went back early.. well.. the desa was reli reli cool.. i mean the condition of the place wasnt that welcoming but then ppl there were frenly and we reli had a blast!! i had the chance to teach children how to brush their teeth, go on 'gerak jalan' as in healthy walks, being dokcil (dokter kecil), had the opportunity to make help take down patients' complaints and take their blood pressure, my darling aaron had the chance to participate in the circumcision surgery and help inject a sick patient.. anyway the things we experienced there were so much different and eventhough the condition we were living in wasnt that great like in the sense that i have to squeeze myself with 5 other girls and then my toilet was outside the hse and the most embarrassing part was i slipped and fell while walking thru the dark slippery pathway to the toilet.. so embarrassing...!!!!, anyway we had fun and i even went to the river.. sharan brought me there.. it had such beautiful scenery...my god...
this was the path to the SD (sekolah dasar) for the primary school students.. they were 7 but then they looked like 5 to me.. there was this gurl who happened to be my ibu rumah's daughter... well.. she looked like 6 to me but the fact is she's 10!!! even my sister pauline look much much older...
jarret (my classmate) is like looking out at the panitia who is sitting over there registrating students or whoeva is participating in the gerak jalan..
these r my hse mate, we're staying in the same hse at the desa.. her name's rizki and she's from the gizi (pharmacy faculty) and damn.. she is nice.... when i went back late, she smsed me and asked bout my where about and even asked if i was alrit.. i mean the indonesians reli looked out for you... i reli reli was touched...

me.. wearing my jas lab... well i look horrible cos i hadnt had a good night sleep crampin myself with so many other gurls on one reli reli miserable looking twin size bed.. and plus i took cold ice water shower at 5 in the morning for the past 3 days there cos i had tugas!! damn!!! i din brought my soap, shampoo, none!!n so i just took cold shower and wore my clothes on!! i know i know.. dirty rit.. no choice.. keke... so yea.. basically i look horrid..

im having such a terrible day today... i had my full body check up, fainted while doing my stuff due to lack of blood (anemia), then had my bf caught me red handed...

i mean ntg serious happened just that he didnt like andy seah and i hanged out with him.. i mean he is my fren after all.. cant i still hang out with my frens..i feel guilty for not telling him but yet at the same time i x feel i have done anything wrong.. just cos he feels jealous i have to completely see my best fren.. andy is a reli nice person... i x lose a good frenship cos my bf say so.. anyway i hid this info cos i didnt wan aaron to get upset.. guess it back fired at me..

my god.. im suffering here... its so....freaking cold here!!! and everything is so god damn expensive and worst of all i miss my family especially my parents and both my annoyin sisters plus my boyfriend soooo terribly much....

i was suppose to go back on sat the 2nd of august but i brought forwarded my flight to the 28th of july bcos of some issues i do not wish to discuss here... anyway.. whoeva knows the reasons..just shut up bout it or just dun mention it to me cos i'll get extremely annoyed bout it..

niway...the first day in aust was okok... i went to perth city.. nearly bought an expired disney lolli for $ 2 eu.. i mean... bcos it was disney brand! and it was yeaaaa cheap.. so i tot why not.. but luckily my friend nimi said wait.. lets check the expiry date and so yeaaa... that was what happened... ok..other than that, it was showering(raining)....on that day..so we ran about the city drenched... plus it was cold so u could imagine my situation...

oh yea... i left the part where i bought a reli reli gorgeous top for onli $7.50 eu. it wasnt that cheap but it was worth buying.. oh!!! and yea...i also forgot to mention bout the incident in the train station where nimi and i tot i could get the concession price for the train since im a student as well and well it turned out i couldnt cos it onli applies for local students and i was stopped by the attendants there for so called 'illegally' purchasing the wrong ticket instead of the standard ones... i mean come on... im also a student... why cant they be less strict bout tht.... selfish australianss!!! i mean my selfish onli applies to those who put up such rules and regulations!!! Niway, i had to get another ticket and thats like twice the price of the concession's? so yea.. basically i spent like $2.80 eu instead of $1.40 eu!! damn!!! dun say i 'ku hon' but look at this way... i had to travel and bus to the train station for like $0.60 eu and then spend lie $2.80 eu for the train to perth and then return...so that came up bout.. i dunno....$6.80 eu... my goddddd...... and it's not as if it is far... driving onli takes bout 10-15 min max? i dunno... hai.. what to do.. if i keep converting like this... i'll go insane... bcos food here is darn expensive as well... a standard meal is around $7 eu - $16 eu... and thats just 'a' meal.. so imagine for breakfast, lunch and dinner... yeaaa....

ok... after that day.. we went to swan valley!!! my gosh... it was like paradise cos we get to go wine tasting, cheese tasting, chocolate tasting, ruum and vodka tasting at the distillery and many many more for freee!!!! nimi drove us there and we went to every station we saw thats like for free tasting... but after that, we felt so bad for just trying for free in each station we stopped so we kinda bought something there...haha.. true right... i mean it's not nice trying things for free without returning something back.. hahaa

the third day we had a free & easy.. we woke up like very very late i think around 11am and then went to murdoch uni with nimi to check out her second hand textbooks... then nimi drove me, dennis (nimi's 24 yrs old german hse mate), and regene (nimi's 20 yrs old msian hse mate) ikea.. then that night... to the casino...and the rube room which was the club...well clubs here r sooo diff!!! we had a blastful night and i belanja-ed nimi a local beer and i got picked up by 6 men that night... hahaaa.... one tried to kiss me.. the other tried to hug me... and another tried to grab me away... luckily nimi was there... so she kinda pushed them away or threee of us... me, regene and nimi just try to squeeze into somewhere away from the 'horny' men... then after that, keith (nimi's 29 years old msian hse mate joined us) and damn.. he was good at dancing.... oh yea.. he's like an older brother in the hse so he basically took care of us gurls...

yday, we went to janice parents hse for dinner.. we went out to eat with their family and their family fren as well... woww.... so pai seh oni... haha.. we had like a set dinner in a malaysian restaurant.. funny rit.. go aust and eat msian food.. haha.. but anyway.. they had snow crab there which we seldom can find in msia... so yea. that was diff...

today.... soomay and her husband came and picked us up.. wil continue next time... gtg....

Dinner at avanti resto at sunway resort hotel & spa

Bii promised me he'll bring me to this Italian resto in sunway resort hotel & spa but he did not tell me what kinda place it was until i stepped foot on it that night.
It was stunningly beautiful and the class was there. i was a little taken back as i had no idea he would bring me to such a place to dine. The food was splendid & the environment was also serene and cozy.
He held my hand that day and i was again taken a back. i think it is too fast and that was just our 3rd date so i told him not to rush things and give us time to really know each other. i didn't want to make the same mistake by rushing into a relationship. So, currently we are just really good friends and i hope that nothing can change that.
Anyway, we enjoyed the dinner and the night out very much. We got to know each other even better and coincidently his uncle Seah knows my dad as they were house mates for 3 years in U.K. Such a small world.

Aaaaanyway i had a blastful nit.. ate like a mad women... then after that we went wacko.. we in the sense of muah and me sis (mey).. she telling me all her shitty stories & muah listening and laughing my ass off (lmao)..

Niway... after that day which is like on the 6th of july, i met up with andy seah.. one of my bffs.. he 'belanja-ed' me to watch this movie called wanted and damn... angelina j. is like so bloody hot.. cant believe she mothered 2 children havent plus with all those that she adopted... oh...okok.. out of topic.... back to the movie part, it was an awesome show.. after being stuck in that so called malang...i am back into civilization...ntg changed so far but in cant say so coz i havent stepped into kl yet so im not sure... damn.. i miss SHOPPING!! especially in PAVILIION!! my fav shopping spot.. i hv saved like rm 560... so i still need another rm 500 to get all those things that i wanna get.. like an ipod for kw's upcoming bday, some formal clothes from g2000, a gown from guess maybe and a purse... i wanna get a watch but i dun think i'll use it often so i think i might as well just wait till someone reli give it to me then... keke... cheapo.. haha...ok.. back to andy seah.. he is such a sweet person.. funny.. generous... yes...keke... well actually i dunno why i created a blog.. i had one but then i stopped after a while cos i didnt know how to manage it.. now i have my sister to teach.. keke...
